Piece of junk. The lock wouldn't lock without the key and a month after we installed it. One of our keys got lodged into the lock and would not come out. So we had to leave it in.2 days later I tried to remove the key but was unsuccessful. Later that night my husband shut our door. Not realizing that I had messed with the lock and unknowingly locked it. I went to leave our room in the middle of the night. My kids were fast asleep in their beds, and I could not. We were locked in our bedroom. Thankfully I had a screwdriver in the bedroom from putting together new furniture we had gotten. So I had to take apart the handle and break the inside piece to get out.Just go to the hardware store and by one for $10 there they r made better than this one.

You get what you pay for. We were looking for a cheap door knob because we're moving soon and didn't want to pay a ton to replace a knob that we'd just be leaving behind when we move. But it didn't come with good instructions and we had a hard time installing it. It works ok now that we finally have it installed but it does feel flimsy and cheap. If I were buying a door know for a house we owned I'd pay more and get a much nicer one.

It didn’t come with the long screws to secure the handles together. Do not buy***

Good room lock not heavy duty kinda cheap but will do the job for the price great knob

Easy to install, but not at all sturdy. I broke it less than a well after installing it, just by turning the knob. (And I am not exactly a bodybuilder.)

It was easy to install The hardest part was finding out where the screwdriver was.

Did the job for me, replacing a 40 year old knob on my back door.
