Q: How many pieces are there--60 or 120? The title says "60 count box", yet the pictures show 50.8 oz and 120 count. Looks like bait and switch.

There are 60 pieces in the 60 count & 120 in the box marked accordingly. I have bought both and can truthfully say they are labeled correctly. I myself prefer to purchase the 120 count box!

Q: The last time I received it all those were melt. If I order this next time again, would you send it without melting it ?

Received my most recent order in Feb yet most were crushed and melted. The box contained not a single air pillow or piece of bubble wrap to prevent it from being slammed around. The problem with fine chocolates like this candy is that the inner truffle doesn't simply melt. It liquifies. Then it runs out of both twisted ends of the wrapper, and the remaining piece still in the wrapper tastes terribly stale in just a day or two. This product is sold & shipped by Amazon, not by the manufacturer or original seller. For that reason, there's no excuse for not adding packing material to properly protect it's fragility. I've ordered 6 times; that first time was for a last-minute Xmas gift, very cold weather so it shouldn't have melted. It isn't returnable but I called and complained anyway. The cust svc rep said, sternly, 'I apologize and that will never happen again'. She repeated it twice more during the call. Since then, it's happened 2 more times. That's a 50% failure rate! Ah, but the flavor is so addictive that I keep buying it anyway, silly me.
