Update: customer service was amazingly helpful and solved all the problems I was having. 5 stars cause they were great!!Was horrible trying to put up, worked up quite the sweat….. there’s nothing to really hold on to while trying to set it properly on the screws, the metal casing is super thin, so the metal kept bending when I tried to spin it to catch the screws. The directions were for a different light all together so it wasn’t the slightest bit helpful. Every time you turn off the light, it resets the color…. So I have to keep turning it on and off again to get to the one I want. Anddddd it has this ugly random gold eye staring down at you…. There’s literally nothing else gold on the thing. I’m gonna try to cover it with black tape, or paint it or something, idk. The app on your phone doesn’t work. But the fan works well… at least there’s that. Overall. I don’t think it’s worth the money they’re charging.

The media could not be loaded.  This fan is just absolutely adorable! The design is perfect for the aesthetics I was going for in my office, and the fan puts off an impressive amount of air, especially on high.I was confused on the “color changing” feature and didn’t see anyone review that specifically, so I wanted to add it here. While this fan is not dimmable, there are 3 different light settings you can cycle through. I tried to show that in the video I uploaded, but the first setting is a bright, white light. If you click the light off and turn it back on, you get a warmer light (my personal favorite), and if you click it off and click it back on again, you get a bluer toned light. I don’t think putting dimmable lights in would work unless you switched out the remote, and even then, you may have to modify the fan itself to accommodate dimming lights. I’m not 100% certain on that, but plan to research it a bit more.Installation was easy enough, though the instructions were not as clear as they could have been. I am a small woman with very little upper body strength and I was able to install this myself, but I did have my dad present to walk me through the steps so I didn’t electrocute myself. Without his instructions, I could not have done this in my own based on the instructions provided, as I had never installed a fan before. If you are familiar with installing ceiling fans, you’ll have no problem. If you have never installed a fan before, I would recruit help from someone who has.Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Put this in a smaller sitting room and it looks very stylish. Comes with remote control and 1-6 speed for fan. Can use with light only, fan only or combo. Fairly low noise level. Because of shorter fans' length, the breezeis mostly felt in a 6' radius. Hope it will last for a few years because the design is very nice.

This fan looks lovely in my office. It did not come with instructions and we are unable to set the light to warm. It rotates through all the settings when we turn the light on. It would be a perfect 5 star if we had instructions.

It is a nice looking light. Bright and fan works. There is a delay from hitting the switch to it actually turning on. You can hear it click at the Light.Fam is not loud at all. Light is bright but not overpowering. The width is nice for our room size (living room).I cannot give rating on how easy it was to install because we had electrical issues that shut down one end of our house. It should’ve been easy…but not with the wiring we had. No fault of the light/fan though. Old house and wiring that needed to be updated.The quality is lacking a bit. I bought a different style for another room that was much better quality and seemed sturdier. We still like this one but not sure how long it will last. It’s pretty though and I bought another one to match the adjoining room, so I hope they do last.

The fan is small but it works so well. It actually pushes out quite a bit of air for being so small. The design is really nice. I hooked it up to a dimmer switch and it works perfectly. Looks great!

I'm so disappointed because the fan and remote don't work. I was sent the wrong manual so I've tried to go on different websites to see how I can pair the remote to the fan - ending result: nothing! Overall, I love the fan - perfect size for my low ceiling living room. Great price but bulbs were not included!! So now I have a light and no ceiling fan....

This fan is gorgeous, unique, and quiet! It installed so easily (with a friends help) and I love it. The fan, even though it’s tiny, works well also.
