DuracoatAerosol Firearm Finish Kit (Tactical OD Green)

I Duracoat'd my M82A1 airsoft replica... and it looks awesome! The finish is excellent and the kit is easy to use. It has survived a hard scratch with the edge of A piece of steel and has no markings. I would not hesitate to use this on one of my real firearms; the Duracoat finish is very similar to Cerakote and is an excellent alternative if the latter is too much money. Duracoat has an excellent customer service team and informative YouTube channel to provide more in-depth instruction for ease of use as well. The included degreaser also works excellently!

Duracoat is great. Product worked wonderfully. The aerosol kit is easy to use and will turn out great if you follow the instructions. It didn't go as far as I thought it would. I got done an upper, lower and handguard before the can crapped out on me. I was hoping to get a pistol done as well but it is what it is. I highly recommend giving it a try if you don't want to pay the outrageous prices for Cerakoting. If you can use a rattle can then you can use Duracoat aerosol. To be completely honest, I would purchase this product elsewhere though. You can find it much cheaper on other websites.

I was actually surprised how well this turned out. I have no skills but this looks like it was professionally done. Take your time and it will look perfect.

So far it is holding up really well. Did have a couple fun while laying down the paint, but that was my fault. Will be buying more.
