Essentially it's a great idea to have a splitter but I think it's just this one maybe it's a bad make but only one side is working. Because I try to connect my router and then split the two to my Xbox and then my television. But only the Xbox side Works which is side 2 apparently but not side one

Ethernet splitters are a great help when trying to get multiple devices hooked up to Ethernet cables in a room. This one is good if you only have two devices you want hooked up to Ethernet in the same room, but don't want to route the cables from the modem through the walls and whatnot. I personally use my splitter in my own room so I can keep my computer hooked up while also having an Ethernet connection for video game console.

Works awesome, doesn't feel cheap, but be warned. The devices you connect on either side will only achieve 100mbps!

If you are looking for a splitter then this one works like a charm.

Pros: NoneCons: everything.I bought this knowing that it would NOT let me use 2 devices at the same time on the web, that said, I just wanted it so I did not have to unplug the LAN line from my computer to Playstation 4 every time I switched systems. At first it did what I wanted, but after the 3 use, the internet slowed to a crawl on my PS4, So I switched to the PC to see what was going on, and sure enough the adapter was failing and died soon after I tested it.
