I started using this product because I was pre diabetic I read up about it and also a work colleague pharmacist said to me they use it in sugar-free chewing gum when I used it and check my blood sugar level it never goes up very much, my blood sugar stays on the right side of normal and. the taste there is no bitter aftertaste it tastes exactly like sugar and you use the exact same amount of sugar but eventually you start to use less sugar because it does start to taste really sweet it is expensive but it is better than using artificial sweeteners. much better for your health
