Wilshire speaks for itself - this is a perfect knife, now I just want a much bigger one, this is a little smaller than I wanted but it's great for smaller jobs.

I purchased one of these as a gift after a relative requested a knife like my Pampered Chef with the sharpening sheath. Pampered Chef didn't have them on their website so I came to Amazon and this was my choice. My relative loved it so much she asked for a second one for her winter house. I've also given as wedding gifts and Christmas gifts. Everyone loves this knife and have asked for the link to send to friends that used the knife so they could purchase one.

I have an older version of this brand in a smaller size and just love it. Hoping the newer version is just as good. Like the fact that the knife locks in also in the newer version.

The sharpness of this knife is amazing! The knife cuts through any kitchen chore with ease. The one thing I did not like is the grip. It seems a bit too thin and is hard for me to hold. I would like the same knife with a better grip.

Good sharp knife - I like my knives I keep in a drawer to have the sheath to keep them sharp and for safety.

Great knives, i own 2 different sizes and will never buy something else again.
