I had a very hard time unwrapping the chain. The way they wrapped was a pain to take off. Not really sure why I am assembling my jewelry? It should arrive ready to wear so that may be a small issue to others. For me it's annoying and keeps from wearing it. Plus i feel my other cuban chains are better
