One drawstring came broken, no way to fix

Nice coat, but wrinkled
This is a nice quality coat. However, it does come vacuum sealed. I've had it on a hanger and been "fluffing it up" for the past 24 hours. It is starting to fill out, but it is very wrinkled. I don't know if the wrinkles will disappear over time, but I hope they do. My daughter is about 5" 1" and the small size fits her perfectly. She normally goes with medium.
