Charge a little extra and improve the hood fitting on the tray it would still be worthwhile
Hood cracked within 2 hours after reaching home. At the end of the hood on one side there is space for the litter to fall back in the tray which is nice and thoughtful but the hood doesn't fit properly so it's loose and ineffective. Charge extra and ensure it sits well on the tray and you have a winner product. I have a 6 week old kitty and it can climb into this tray with ease as the height is 13 cms while most have a height of 24cms and claim it is for kittens but they aren't. 3 and half stars
