I am a HUGE fan of David Chang’s new LIVE Netflix show, and after watching the latest episode was pleasantly surprised to hear about his sauces! After googling when they’d be available, I discovered them for sale here on Amazon.I ordered this two pack, and I am amazed at the fantastic flavor of both the soy sauce and the Tamari. I utilized them both in our dinner, and I am sold. So delicious! HUGE difference from grocery brands.Go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Now that they've improved the packaging, I've finally received it intact (two previous orders were broken). Best soy sauce on the market. Delicious!

I received the product today, which I was looking forward to. I did not see a way to contact the seller directly to report that the cap was cracked and the Tamari leaked out. I did get to taste the little that was left in the bottle, but since it is not eligible for return, I am forced to write a review to let the company know the cap was cracked and they may want to research a new cap since I see it has happened previously.The taste of what was left of the Tamari was really good and the Soy tasted great also.UPDATEThe company reached out to me and replaced the order, which I greatly appreciated. Since my only issue with the product was the broken cap, I am very happy to have received a replacement and I do enjoy the flavor of both the Tamari and the Soy Sauce. Thank you

Until you try Momufuku's restaurant-quality soy sauce, you may find it hard to imagine that such a humble ingredient can make so much difference to your food. Trust me - even with supermarket sushi, the flavor boost is amazing!It's expensive, but (so far) worth it. I'd give 4.5 stars on value for money right now if the system allowed. Waiting to see how the quality holds up over time because our two-person household will not use soy sauce at the rate it would be used in an Asian restaurant. If it's good to the last drop, I'll update with 5 stars across the board.

I never thought a lot about soy sauce. I usually keep a big bottle of Kikkoman or similar on hand, and it's fine. But this Momofuku is noticeably more umami-ful and potent. Since I don't go through gallons of the stuff, I'm going to keep Momofuku around instead of the supermarket brand.
