I order this dress for my daughters wedding it came a size larger than ordered and was 3 times too big. There was not enough time to have it altered so I sent it back. It came in a reasonable amount of time but not in the time allotted for how much I'd paid for expedited shipping.The dress looked similar to what I ordered but not what I had wanted. It looked like a cheap imitation to what was shown on the site. I was not happy with what I'd received at all. It looked like a quick home made dress.When I contacted the seller they were VERY easy to deal with for the return and credited my account as soon as they received the dress back. So they kept their guarantee, they also returned the money Id paid for expedited shipping.I had also ordered a dress for my other daughter who was the maid of honor, I paid for expedited shipping as I ordered them at the same time. Her dress came 2 full weeks after mine and looked just like the photo but the bottom portion of the dress was badly put together so was not good. Her dress was also 3 times too large for her.We had no time to have hers returned. Would not order from this seller for a dress ever again.

I knew I wanted the dress for my son’s wedding but waited too long to order it. After reading reviews most of them said it would be way too large based on the size they ordered. I had just lost a lot of weight and I am now a size 18. Based on those reviews I ordered a size 24. Due to my error, the dress is way too large And they sent me a true 24.And I don’t have time to return it. But Malia has worked wonderfully with me and actually offered to help me with the cost of alterations rather than risk exchanging it in time! I really couldn’t believe it because the dress is of beautiful quality and exactly what I wanted. I actually anticipated the material might be rather thin but actually it is very well-made! I will certainly buy more dresses from them in the future and make sure to give myself time in case I need to do a return. The company was very polite and Offered to help me financially to get it altered and really had absolutely no application to do so. I can’t post a picture because it is being altered. Excellent excellent service!

Please be aware this dress comes from the UK and their sizes do not match US sizes. I have worn a size 20 for many years, I ordered a size 20 and it was more like a size 16. Should have done my research first. But it is a beautifully made dress.

The seller of this dress was very cooperative and graciously wanted to make things better by wanting me to keep the dress at a discount. It wouldn't have been of any use to me so it needed to be returned. I wonder if there is something missing in interpreting American sizes. I really don't like giving a bad review to nice people. The picture of the dress is lovely, but when it was received, it wasn't made well and the size was way off. I ordered a Size 10, but the dress that came could have fit a Size 2 or Size 4 person. That is why I wonder if there is some confusion somewhere.

I ordered 2 dresses in two sizes. In my opinion, these are more Junior sizes. I tried to return but went past the deadline...didn't read the fine print. Not only were the dresses not true to size there were threads at the hemline, under the arms and was not overly happy with the quality. I ended up donating the dresses. Lost out on $130.

The slit is not even and the dress does not hang the way it should in the front. The top of the dress is beautiful. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t wear it for my daughters wedding and had to find a last minute replacement. I had read that it ran small so i ordered the next bigger size and it was a perfect fit.

While the dress is lovely (ordered two different colors) the sizing is definitely NOT a 12, but more like a size 8. A major issue with items that are NOT made in the USA concerns RETURNS. Companies are quick to charge your credit card, but S L O W acting when a return is due.

It was too small and the color was darker than I hoped. I did send it back but it looked like it was a well made dress. They were great with processing the return and refunded my money promptly. I would consider ordering another dress here but I understand Amazon penalizes too many returns so I wouldn't want to be banned from the site if there was a fit issue again, which is a bit of a bummer.
