Magnesium Glycinate
This really does work. I tend to use this immediately after dinner between 6/7pm. I get a good night sleep and the lethargic feeling from tiredness has also reduced.Like everything, it gets to a point where you feel it's not as effective but it is. It's definitely worth buying.

Misleading product- don’t buy
Misleading; not pure glycinate, has oxide as well. Only has 72mg magnesium per serving.

Sorted cramps in my thighs
They really help with cramps which I have had for years, sometimes strong enough to make me pass out! They were recommended to me and I didn't have a high expectation but they have worked 100%

Ok but low in mg content per capsule. You have to take 6-12 capsules per day to meet the requirements.

Recommend for sleep quality
Have been taking these for a few months now (before bed) and definitely notice an improvement in my sleep quality and muscle recovery.This is the most effective form of magnesium and this brand is good value for money.
