Very easy to assemble and install. Looks great in the yard. I would recommend this to anyone.

The ball was crushed, but that is OK, you can pick up a new one on Amazon for $10. I got the silver pole; the sections look nice and really sturdy. The sleeve fits snugly. They give you quite a few carabiners. It is what it is, a flag pole.

The pole is solid, it came with items I didn't expect like a full screw driver and gloves. If your looking for a flag this is a nice purchase.

This flagpole is “Kansas wind” strong! However, over 50 miles an hour wind, we remove the flag and don’t risk losing our fourth flagpole in 12 years! Yes, we are patriotic and we will fly because too many lives have been given for my freedom! That includes family members that want to honor!

Box containing the flagpole was loosely put in another larger box with no cushioning between boxes allowing the box containing the flagpole to flop around! I cautiously opened both boxes gently placing each piece on cardboard and noticed a few of the plastic sleeves covering the individual pole pieces had tears and one pole had several scratches and one also had a small dent. Ends of pole sections were not smooth causing me to physically force sections into each other. They did not slide into each other easily and may not come apart if I decide to return it. At the price paid, I expected a better product.

The brass ball topper was dented when it arrived, and the screw attachment for the pulley easily broke when attempting to assemble it together. We needed to order a repair kit. Once the repairs were made, it went together easily and looks great in our front yard.
