I LOVE this Beauteral steamer. It does the job! For me, it's never going to be crisp like an iron, but this is good enough for me. It takes 2-3 minutes to steam a pair of linen pants that used to take minimum of 10 minutes (setting up the ironing board, filling iron w/ water, waiting for it to warm up, sometimes getting iron residue on my clothes, then taking it all down etc). Now I just plug this in in my bathroom and it's ready in seconds. I hang my item on the towel rack (with the towel behind it) and it's easy peasy. I may never iron again!

I purchased this in 2020 and it's still working great. It's a small steamer so the water tank is on the smaller side, which means more trips to the sink. It's good enough for my needs. I loved the lint brush attachment, but it only lasted a few months before the glue that holds it together melted.

UPDATE: I reached out to the seller regarding the issue I had with the garment steamer & they immediately shipped a replacement. The new steamer arrived quickly & I am very pleased. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again!I loved this steamer at first and I was super impressed with how quickly it heated up. I was even more impressed with how well it removed wrinkles from my burlap window treatments. Burlap is notoriously hard to de-wrinkle but this steamer worked like a charm. The next day, I plugged in my steamer to resume my curtain de-wrinkling project and the ready light stopped blinking to indicate the steam is ready but nothing came out. I turned it upside down and it steamed a bit then stopped again. Upon closer examination, I saw that the little hose inside of the water tank had come unattached from the inlet so no water is being sucked into the contraption and therefore no steam is produced. No water = no steam = wrinkled curtains. As far as I can tell, the water tank does not come apart so that I can reattach the hose thingy so my steamer can once again make steam. I also cannot find a means of contacting the seller regarding this problem. So I am very unhappy with this steamer but I will be happy again if I can find a resolution. I will update my review if the seller rectifies this matter once I find a way to contact them with my complaint.

I thought this steamer did a fine job— however the small tank had to be filled after half of it emptying. Ok I kinda knew that from a few reviews —but I couldn’t even get through one shirt. I posted photos of before and after. I really chose this steamer for the dual voltage. Worked great using distilled water—— until after 5 shirts it stopped creating steam and then it wouldn’t work no matter what I tried. I’m returning it. It’s so irritating that one cannot even purchase a reliable product anymore. My mom had recently purchased a Conair steamer she is happy with so I’m going to purchase that one. I need it right away as I have been saving today to do a bunch of items for a vacation. Sending this back. I gave it one star for the time I was able to use it.

This is great! NOT the first steamer I've ever bought, but the best so far! It steams great, easy to use, compact.

I bought this, used it one time and I loved it, but the second time I used it (per the instructions, using the correct water) it stopped producing steam after a few minutes, I’ve tried refilling it, letting cool down, etc, but it no longer works. The lights show it’s working and it feels hot, but no steam comes out.It felt very sturdy and high quality and worked very well initially, but it broke after one use.
