This product is worth its money. The battery life lasts forever and can take you anywhere you’d like in a few minutes due to the high power motor in the rear wheel. This scooter performs outstandingly in any conditions and gives you full night vision with the powerful LED head lights. Overall this product is worth the money. (Also great for getting to places like work, school and anywhere in general)

After a week of testing there few things to consider:Pros:1. Very fast, reaches 45km as advertised and climbs hills very well too. I weight 73kg.2.Long lasting batery. I've menaged to achieve 34km range on first charge but I was driving on Turbo mode all the time, full throttle and riding on many steep hills which is taking more battery too.3. Powerful headlight but I had to adjust the position. They weren't centered and pointing above the ground.4. Brakes are smooth..5. Design looks premium, nice and comfortable handlebars.Cons:1.Ride overall is not bad, there's a bit of shaking. That's causing the handlebars to rattle as they can fold and the suspension makes some sound too. I tightened the screws everywhere but can't stop the handlebars from moving slightly. Also tried to rotate the spring on the front suspension by hand which got rid of some of the noice. If you just ignore the rattling the scooter is pretty good overall.

Great service from these guys, had a problem with the accelerator but they were quick to send out replacement parts and even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Went above and beyond***UPDATED REVIEW***Regrettably, I am compelled to share and update my experience with this scooter, for which I was compensated £80 to provide positive feedback. Following an incident where the throttle malfunctioned, causing my son to have an unfortunate accident, our overall experience with this product has been less than satisfactory. Numerous issues have arisen, including the recent occurrence of melted wiring and charger lead complications, creating a hazardous situation narrowly avoided a potential fire. I promptly reported these concerns on 20/12/2023, yet I find myself still awaiting a resolution from the seller.The seller's response has been disheartening, as they seem to be intentionally delaying the repair process and exhibiting an unwillingness to address the issues, despite the product being well within its warranty period. Communication with the seller has been frustratingly slow, with automated responses frequently indicating their purported holiday status. Waiting up to 5 days for a reply has become the norm, only to receive unhelpful and unsupportive responses.In light of these challenges, I would caution potential buyers to steer clear of this seller. The scooters they produce appear hastily assembled, with little regard for quality or attention to detail. It is evident that these products are rushed into the market without proper care, raising serious concerns about their safety and reliability.

Only had it a few months, but battery holding it's charge ok and customer service very quick, when I told them that I needed a 3 pin plug, because a 2 pin was sent with the scooter. Would defiantly recommend this scooter and company.

21/11/2023, I've bought this model, very strong and fast, all good in the beggining no comments to make. After a week and used for four times and London being London it rains all the time, so I started to have water infiltration in the charging power socket, creating charging issues. The little cap doesn't hold in place and than the steering column started to vibrate a little at first but always increasing, after vibration issues all over the components. So I called Zakun the company and the troubles started... yes we understand...Our engineers will fix it...but for such issues in such short period were not to go away but would increase over time, I would understand if the product were six months old, you know normal wear & tear, but in a such new scooter? a return process was started but to no avail, from Zakun...Yes labels were issued but the collection never happened, dates came and gone and no one ever came to collet the return. So now Amazon will have to fix it. Be aware of this company Zakun they are not based in the UK and will not abide by the same rules of commerce courtesy, they will run and leave you with the defective goods.

Estoy muy contento con el monopatín, hasta el momento 10 de 10 .

Al recibir el patinete, no funcionaba, salia un error en la pantalla "E16". Informo al vendedor y me responde que tengo que desmontar la parte trasera de la rueda por si hay algun cable suelto. Al ser nuevo, me niego a manipular nada y decido devolverlo. Aqui viene la odisea... Me manda una etiqueta de devolución por enviarlo a CORREOS, cosa que ellos me lo manda por SEUR. Voy con mi santo patinete de casi 30 kg y metro y medio de caja y en correos me niegan el envio por ser internacional(de España a Alemania) no aceptan un paquete tan grande. Otra vez para casa!! Me dice el vendedor que lo envie por otra compañia si quiero...Pues claro que quiero, porque no quiero un patinete de mas de 500€ defectuoso. Pago el transporte por SEUR, 50€ el envio. Reciben mi patinete pero no me devuelven el dinero del trasporte. Solo me ofrecen una bolsa y un candado para el patinete, nuevo...que por cierto, decido comprar otro igual y éste va perfecto, por ahora.O sea, que si te sale bien, es muy buen patinete, pero si llega defectuoso, asume pagar los gastos de envio tu.
