The key was punched from a thin sheet of metal that had the tendency to bend before the lock would engage.The lock may have been defective also however since there were two locks on this case and both locks acted the same way, I concluded that the cheaply made keys were the cause you couldn't lock the case.The case was returned for a refund.T.Z.
