Nicely packaged. Pretty glass bottle with bamboo top. I love the mesh strainer inside as I use this for tea. The only problem I had was the plastic part of the lid and glass threads did not perfectly match so it would leak. And the gasket inside the lid comes out every time you take the lid off. -first world problems.

These glass water bottles are very well made and exactly what i was looking for. Easy to clean, but they are dishwasher safe too, which is a bonus. They help remind me to drink more water, ingenious.

I love that this bottle is made of glass. I got it for my middle-schooler who is not great about drinking water or being realistic about how much she’s had. She actually asked for a motivational water bottle months ago, but I refused to get one made of plastic because I value her health. This glass bottle is just what I was looking for. The glass is pretty sturdy and can handle accidental little knocks against the side of a counter or table, but I would not feel comfortable using this as my carry-from-place-to-place water bottle. I’ve been known to have a water bottle slip out of my hand or accidentally fall out of my backpack (broke a toe that way!), and my kiddo is pretty rough with her water bottles, so I know it would just be a matter of time before this one would break. But, using it only at home should be no problem.The listing says it holds 25 oz. This is technically, but not functionally, true. If you fill it to the very top without the tea strainer in place and without the lid on it, then, yes, it holds 25 oz. But, as soon as you put the tea strainer in, some overflows. And, if you put the lid on it, even more overflows. I’d say this is more like a 23 oz water bottle in practice. That’s still a good amount of water, but it’s not what is advertised.If you’re going to use it as intended as a motivational water bottle, and you fill it to the top marking (8 am/2 pm), that’s about 21 oz. At 8 am, you drink to the 9 am marking; at 9 am, you drink to the 10 am marking, etc. At 1 pm, you drain the bottle and refill it to the 2 pm marking and repeat until you drain it at 7 pm. I suppose you could fill it all the way and at 7 am drink to the 8 am marking. But, either way, you’re getting 42-45ish oz. of water a day. That’s fantastic for a kid, but for an adult over 100 lbs., that’s not enough water for a day. But, if you’re someone who usually drinks way less than that, 42 oz. would be a great improvement.A couple of other little things bugged me. First, the noon marking says, “12 am.” Yes, we all know they mean 12 pm since it’s between the 11 am and the 1 pm, but I like accuracy. Second, one of the motivational statements says, “Remember your” which makes no sense. I am not sure what they intended to complete that sentence: Water? Habit You’re Trying to Form? Goal?All-in-all, this is a good water bottle. It’s just not one I’d feel comfortable taking outside the house. It would be great for someone with a desk job or who stays in one place for most of the day. And, one should not limit their daily water intake to the amount of water they’d get using this bottle as intended. Drink more water!
