These shorts are great for sleeping. They are nice and soft. The elastic fits perfectly. They wash well and I expect they will only get softer with time.

I really like these. I am a big fan of Polo products for sleepwear, and normally opt for an oversized polo t-shirt with large sleep shorts. I specifically bought these to try the polo shorts and they were immediately my favorite. I live in FL so I like a very light and soft fabric at night, and these shorts do not disappoint. A large is a little big for me at 5' 9" (180 lbs) but that means they are a perfect fit for sleepwear, at least for my tastes. Only disappointment is that I logged in to buy a 2nd pair and they are currently sold out of large. Will be checking back and ordering another pair once the L is back in stock. Yes, $32 is pricey for sleep shorts, but a price I am willing to pay for evening comfort.
