Ello Riley 18oz Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Flip Lid

Customer service is fantastic. This is my second one. The first one was a few years old and the lid no longer stayed closed. My likely misuse and or wear. I reached out to the company to buy a new lid after buying this replacement. They don't sell lids as a stand alone item. But they said they'd send me one free of charge. Imagine my surprise whe they actually sent and entire new water bottle.The bottom unscrewing makes this breeze to clean and fill.

Keeps beverages nice and cold. Flip top has a lock to avoid accidental spills. Bottom comes off for easy cleaning.I don't care how clean you think your mouth is, eventually there will be a bit of slime on the bottom of your water bottle. The removable bottom makes cleaning easy, but more importantly it allows for a thorough cleaning that isn't easy with a normal bottle.I've used the handy fizzing cleaning tablets, but they still are not always capable of getting to the edges for a truly thorough cleaning. The Ello design let's me be confident that I can get it properly clean.

Super cute. The bottom twists off for easy washing. There is a loop for carrying. And I love the button to pop the top. Fits in standard cup holder. Fits in my purse. Keep an eye on the silver pin that holds the lid on when I swing the bottle on walks the pin gets a little loose and I just slide it back in.

UPDATE: A month after my original review, the bottom has to screw on so tight that sometimes I can't unscrew it, otherwise it leaks at the base. It leaks from the spout and it doesn't keep things cold for more than an hour or so, unless I put ice in it. These bottles and this brand used to be good, but it doesn't seem like it anymore. I will continue to use these bottles until I find something better, but I'm not happy with it for the price I paid.Original posted Oct. 28th: It works well for the most part, but sometimes the bottom doesn't screw on very well and leaves a gap, but it still doesn't leak. I have 2 other bottles and they do the same thing on the rose gold bottle I bought, so I think it's an issue with the bottle itself, but again, it doesn't leak, but if you're OCD, it might bother you. It keeps things cold like it should.

I’ve ordered this bottle now three times, because my family loves them. But the newest one I got is not the same as described (even though it’s a reorder of the same product). The description shows the finger ring on the top of the cap that can be pulled open or lay flat (like the first two orders I received). The newest one I just received has a stationary ring that doesn’t fold closed, which I don’t like. They should not ship an item that no longer matches the product description. Not sure if I’ll keep it. Other than that, it’s a great bottle.

The bottles looked nice and it looked like it would keep water cool so I purchased two, one for my mother and one for me. When I got to work in the morning, my lunch bag was soaking wet, the bottle had leaked not only from the top but from the bottom. My mother stated she had the same issue with her bottle leaking from the top. Another think I realized was I had put ice in the bottle before I left for work and when I opened it (due to water leak) there was hardly any ice; I work about 30 minutes from my home.

Liked the design of the bottle, especially easy to clean because the bottom twists off, the only negative thing about the bottle is that the lock doesn’t work so the top does not stay shut.

Been using it for a year and a bit now and it's solid. The locking top and how easy it to open makes it a joy to drink out of.

Con este producto lo que te llevas es funcionalidad. Su diseño tan original hace que la experiencia en usarlo día a día sea tan sencilla y satisfactoria. El termo mantiene las bebidas frías o caliente fácilmente por 2 horas, sin embargo obviamente no es este su fuerte, si esto es lo que buscas te recomiendo checar otras opciones.En términos de durabilidad este aguanta ciertas caídas, sin embargo si no se utiliza con precaución puede llegar a rayarse facilmente.

I found this bottle randomly in TK Maxx. Loved the design and the many functions. Lockable lid, holder, removable bottom but mostly the silicone mouth piece. It is just a good feeling to drink out of it. Sadly I lost the bottle on holiday and it took me ages to find it on amazon again. Now I have it back and I am so glad. Surprised it hasn't good more positive feedbacks, should be on amazon top list. I tried so many different bottles in all shapes and forms but this one is my number one. Hope I am not losing it again 🤞🏻

J'adore cette bouteille, le seul détail c'est qu'elle ne garde pas l'eau froide longtemps dû au fond en plastique! Le fond qui se dévisse est très pratique pour mettre de la glace ou même pour la laver!
