Pure poetry in motion!
Pappas captures the poetry of math in this collection of, well, of poems! In the clean style of haiku, Pappas uses single words, brief terms, and action verbs to create a linguistic waterfall. Two (or three) readers speak their lines aloud. Like water rushing down a stream, the lines laugh and dance around each other, sometimes overlapping, sometimes colliding in bursts of life. These poems, read aloud by multiple voices will catch you up in the excitement and take your breath away. There are poems for numbers of all sorts, from prime to Pi, and mathematical ideas, like the Möbius strip. Dive in, the water feels good! Enjoy!

Fun read
I really enjoy poems for two voices, and this book is no exception. They are really fun poems, and even able to generate a bit of discussion. I only wish I had bought it in hard copy (I bought the Kindle edition).

Cross-curricular poetry!
After completing some other Poetry in two-voice and four-voice formats, this book offers an opportunity to reach your math oriented students, and touch the cross-curricular boundary. I used this book and the poems within its pages as a surprise for my math team partner. We practiced on some days that my partner was out on taking some professional development, and performed the poems for him upon his return. This is one more way to hook students on poetry.

Poetry and math?
This book is a neat way to bring poetry into the math classroom. The math teacher on my team looked at it and chose some to use with our middle school students. (Unfortunately, she felt that some of the math was not correct.) If you're looking for great use of poetic language, this really isn't the book you want. It provides the basic definitions about different mathematic ideas in the form of two voice poems.

Too Cool!
Once again, exactly what I expected, but better. These poems are not only interesting to the math-ite, but are truly artistic and fun to hear performed well. These poems give my students that lack math confidence a chance to do something great! Admittedly, I am a real math nerd... and I think these poems are loads of fun.

Poetry for Math
The poems here are for two voices. They celebrate many aspects of mathematics and I use them for a jumping off point for having children write poems in two voices for science, social studies, or just for fun. I even use this book at Back-To-School Night.

Arithmatical "Pun"ishment
gave as a gift and giggled (laughed out loud) as two teachers read them out loud.

Disappointing
I really dislike giving one star reviews, but this feels extremely formulaic and of little value as maths or as poetry. I got very little from this.
