It does a good job. Maybe I'd say to be a bit careful not to give too much pressure but good product.

It is a good product.The feature to add a serum/beard oil etc is a BIG plus, and ultimately makes the whole process of using the dermaroller with a beard product easier/more streamlined.I do have 2 suggestions which in my opinion would make this a sure 5 STAR product.1 - Make this a 540 needle spindleWould make for a better and quicker job overall in my opinion.2 - Change the method/location of where to add your oil.Lifting the section with the actual roller is VERY fiddly. On the first try, I actually dropped the spindle head on the floor as I was worried I might prick my fingers on the needles!

Bought for a friend, they said it is fine, doesn't hurt too much, will monitor any improvement in skin. Their dermatologist recommended trying it.

This product barely functions and struggles to pump liquid out. If you want a derma roller just buy a normal one the liquid aspect is silly and provides absolutely no use.
