The chair is built strong and is very comfortable. However, I have problems with the rubber feet (two front feet). They failed in less then a month and I can't seem to get hold of the seller to get replacements for them. The add says to let them know of problems, that does not work. I would rate this commode 5 stars if you had away to get replacement parts and the rubber feet not failing. I changed the rating as the company got in touch with me and replaced the defective parts no questions asked (rubber feet). So my rating has gone from 3 to a 5 the company stands behind the product and insures the customer is satisfied. Frank

bought this for an older relative, large person could no longer get to feet with conventional toilet surrounds due to height. This product fit over existing toilet, gave the support necessary and works very well for the elderly individual using it. worth the money as it is stable when set against something. Minor drawback it is light and will move unless it is placed somewhere where it cannot slide. it is being used on medium height now and later can be raised again!

Previously we had a smaller one of these and that was way too small for my husband.Assembly took a little while. There are a lot of pieces. Just give yourself some time.Overall quite happy with the purchase.

Toilet was hard to put together and adjust,but once together it is sturdy.the seat is comfortable and the buckets big so your not going to get splash back.ive been using my commode for a few weeks,I'm very pleased.suggestion,once you get it together or adjusted don't take it apart unless your a guy.ladies you will need help.

It has excellent assembly instructions and when assembled lives up to its advertised claims.The ability to adjust width is really a nice feature.

I am so happy that this chair is multi purpose

One of the main parts (the seat holder) was the wrong size and that prevented 4 other parts beige assembled. A pure bunch of Chinese garbage. Spent 3 hours trying to make it work. It was impossible

I got this in anticipation of foot surgery and then had to postpone the surgery. It stayed in the box in our storage shed until I did have the surgery recently (4 months later). It has been a lifesaver, it sits next to my bed and I can get up and scoot with the other foot, over to the potty chair without waking up my husband to take me to the bathroom.It was easy to assemble and easy to clean when used.
