This is a cool idea for anyone with an art setup or a shop set up of any kind. Initially I got this to accommodate the large rolls of kraft paper that we are using to pack away our delicates for a cross country move, but the cutter doesn't seem to like thicker paper.Being a crafty family, that's not a big deal at all. I use a thinner form of kraft paper in my art practice and my husband does as well for planning out his carpentry projects.Someone in the reviews also suggested using this for gift paper rolls. Omg, this will be a Godsend for Christmas!That said, It's very helpful to have just keep in mind that it does have its limitations. It's still a strong, metal construct and I can see this lasting for a long time.
