Deadly Exposure

My need to read books in a series in the order in which they were written is the only reason I finished this book. I have enjoyed the majority of the other books with Joanna Blalock in them, but the plot of this one was simply insufferable. To suggest that an iceberg could have human emotions and motivations has to be one of the dumbest plot details I have ever read. And Goldberg got so detailed with the technical lingo, I wanted to scream. And I am actually a fan of him using detailed medical terminology, but there is a limit. If you are like me and are reading this series in order, I don't foresee there being any details that could be vital to future novels. So please save yourself the misery and read something else!
