Love the biscuit pan for biscuits, cornbread, crustless mini quiche. Like the rest of my cast iron cookware I preheat the pan and use the correct oil that won't stick. My gluten free biscuits fall out of the pan and cleanup takes just a couple of minutes. I can quickly make a second batch in the same pan. Love the crisp brown edges on my gluten free biscuits. I've been using this pan for over two years and it is like new. Don't buy if you don't know how to use cast iron for cooking. I take care of my cast iron and this pan is as good as my cast iron pans over a hundred years old.

My 78 y/o DH prefers dollar pancakes. I wanted a pan that didn't have any toxic nonstick coating. Cast iron is perfect and this little pan makes 7 perfect little pancakes at a time. It heats up quickly and evenly. When properly seasoned, cast iron is nonstick. This came well seasoned, so was ready to use right out of the box. I also use this pan to make eggs, and can even use it in the oven to make cookies that are perfectly round. Definitely glad I bought it.

Cheaper than most cast iron molds, nicely shaped, and metal does not stick. Comes out easier than from graphite mold. About 8 ounce of brass per ingot.

Reality vs marketing. No matter what I put on here butter, oil everything stuck. Photo on box must not be to scale cause a regular egg is much larger than the cooking surface.

It was smaller than I expected, but it works just fine. I love using it.

This pancake pan was perfect. It makes 2" silver dollar pancakes.My father missed having the tiny pancakes from his childhood and I was lucky enough to find this pan identical to his mother's here at Amazon. My wife had no problems making the tiny pancakes and my dad loved them.Don't look at the picture with eggs, those are quail eggs or something similarly small.

This cast iron skillet is ok. The wells for the individual items are smaller than expected. There isn't much room for turning food over to cook on the other side, which hinders the ease of use.
