They’re low sodium but still have enough salt to be tasty. I haven’t been told by my doctor to limit my salt, but I figured since I eat so many of them (I can finish 5 oz in a single sitting), I should try and use less salt.

I couldn’t find the sunflower seeds in the grocery stores anywhere. They were a little more expensive than the last time I remember buying them, but then everything is.

I watch my sodium intake, not because I have to but I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I mix my reduced sodium sunflower seeds with no sodium sunflower seeds. It taste delicious & allows me to enjoy it as a snack while reducing the sodium further. Great flavor, less sodium.
