NightWatcher NW765 16W LED Robotic Security Light & Wi-Fi HD Camera 16GB SD - White

We had a previous NightWatcher light we found to be excellent. Unfortunately the lightbulb blew and we had to purchase a whole new light. What a total waste of money. After following the instructions we discovered that the light will not switch off, it will not connect to either an Android or iPhone via WiFi as promised on the packaging. The Customer Service number does not work and as for their email help.... We’ll we still wait for their response.In future we will be looking at security lighting from a different company. we will never buy a Nightwatcher light again.

I bought this product for security and derent Well built and easy to put up but the only downfall was it was ment to let u install the app but that did not happen even I had a good network

Robotic security light works fine but cctv camera despite several attempts to connect to WiFi router just doesn’t work even had router 6ft away no joy tried contacting nightwatcher but phone service not available for some reason don’t think covid the reason and getting no reply from customer services online so poor pr from them so sending back to amazon for a refund

Useful as a robotic light but wouldn’t connect to internet despite trying everything possible. Not impressed

Pi** poor product that doesn't work most of the time an app.....that doesn't work most of the time and a tech team ............that's less use than a chocolate fireguard! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This worked well for a few months then stopped - no response at all from support and unstable app to work with.Don't buy it unless you want an expensive security light.

Bought a Nightwatcher 760 HD robotic camera and wish I hadn't. Extremely difficult to install and when I finally got it working any device using iOS doesn't work. Even on my Android device I have to wait a minute for it to fail to install a software update before I can see the image. Shame because the image is quite good.Support is non-existent. I wasn't going to call a 0345 chargeable number so sent an email. Got an automated response making me log a ticket. I did that and three weeks later I am waiting for a response even thought I access the ticket and add my own updates.Sadly can't afford to throw it away now and so will just have to use it on my Android device.Absolute scandal at the price.

In general lamp looks great. When it goes to use and setting it up and pairing with app:Settings didnt work, r g b ligh flashed all timeCamera couldn't be connected to internetApk didnt pairCamera didnt follow motionI decided to ship it back as faulty goods
