Great Purchase
Great product, easy to install, turns on instantly with no more flicker or ballast hum. Nice and bright. Will be ordering more to retro other fixtures.

Flicker
After I convert and install bulbs they flicker. I have other fixtures converted which do not flicker. When I put the bulbs in those fixtures they flicker so it has to be bulbs.

Easy replacement for u-shaped fluorescent tubes
This took me all of 20 minutes. Had to bypass the existing fluorescent ballast bricks in two fixtures that had two tubes each in our utility room which took 16 of those minutes (but make sure you know what you are doing as the instructions are generic). These things are bright! No more buzzing, no more one fixture working and not the other, and instant on.My only complaint is the diameter of these tubes is 2/3 that of the fluorescent tubes they replace, so the clips that hold the tube at the "U" end were very loose. The clips are thin metal so I used a pliers to flatten them out to be less loose (could not eliminate it). Still, the results were so amazing, I am keeping the results at 5 stars.

Work fine, installation was not simple but doable.
I have 12 fixtures in the drop ceiling in my basement that take these type bulbs. I purchased two 4 packs of the 5000k 2000 lumen bulbs to do 4 of them. They came well packed and in good condition.I had two different types of fixtures that I converted today. The first type the retaining clips worked great but in the second type I had to drill a hole to move the clip about 1/2 inch to keep the bulbs properly in the sockets. Not too big of a deal but you need to be careful to not get metal shavings in your eyes when drilling overhead. Safety glasses are a must. The first type I had a problem with the metal brackets that originally covered the ballasts but now covered the wiring. The bulbs have a brace that have to go in a slot in the brackets but would not work because they were situated further back than the old bulbs. I had to modify the clips on the brackets so that they would work. I could have just left them off but I really wanted to cover the wiring so I took the time. It wasn't too difficult. See photos. The removal of the ballasts and the rewiring was not really difficult at all. With the first one I really took my time to make sure I had it right but each of the remaining 3 were done pretty quickly. I did have to splice one piece of wire on each to make it longer due to the way the fixtures were originally wired but that was not a problem either. Having some two wire and three wire Wago connectors made it much easier but regular wire nuts will work also. These bulbs did not come with any type of decal to warn to use only LED bulbs in the future. I just used a Sharpie to make a note in case I am not the one to replace the bulbs next time.

One out of the four lights is wrong.
One out of the four should be mounted horizontal, but it is mounted vertical. One out of the four. We can't use it!

The orientation of the connecting pins
Two of the four lamps were ok to use. Two of them had the orientation of the connecting pins 90 degrees off on one side. I returned the item.

Great lights for our kitchen
We have two U tube light fixtures in our kitchen. As I get older, I wish for more light and the kitchen was no exception. I had replaced the regular florescent tubes in my house with the LED tubes so the kitchen was the next project. I had to remove the ballast and put the LED tubes in sockets and clamp. I nearly dropped the first one as they fit very loose in the socket and the clamp. I had to take small wire and provide a support at both ends. So far they are still in place and provide a great light for the kitchen. I am 86 and standing on a ladder working the replacement gets harder each time.D

Poor quality and no response.
One of the bulbs had the end contacts turned 90 degrees. Multiple attempts to contact seller with zero reply.
