Great product!
Have had these bands for a little over a week now. I bought to use around the house when I can't get to the gym. I appreciate all the exercises included in the instructions and the carrying case is a nice touch. I've used the over-the-door thing several times and it works great. Some of the exercises are a little difficult to do because the bands aren't long enough, but they are easily adaptible. Overall a great product!

Excellent Product, Highly Recommend for Athletes, Works Great for Volleyball Players
These help me warm up and cool down after playing volleyball. I play as an Outside Hitter, so I'm always swinging, these bands help me to warm up my shoulder.I do primarily use the red, blue and black- red for lots of reps to get the shoulder moving before playing, blue for some resistance each night and also before playing, black primarily at home each night to improve muscle strength. The travel bag is nice but I don't use it all that much.Overall, the bands only work if you work the bands, they are great for warm up, but wont substitute for poor athletic form or not using them each night to strengthen your problem areas. Highly recommend, you just have to put in the time. Definitely check out the internet for other exercises aside from what is provided in the pamphlet.

I'm a personal trainer and these are great to throw in my bag to use with clients while outside of a gym setting. They seem to be of good quality and arrived lightening fast. I'll update if I have any issues, but so far so good!

Don't resist these bands.
Perfect set and case to store these resistance bands. I bought a few sets to give to clients for the holidays. They love the bright poppy colors, and with the varying degree of resistance we were able to create great workouts for very different clients.
