Walther Design KP460B Trendstyle picture frame, Plastic, 15.75x23.62 inch (40x60 cm), black

Ordered 2 of these frames to display front covers for a Sunday newspaper for a Christmas present. Delivery was very speedy. First frame was unwrapped and fitted the newspaper perfectly. Second was unwrapped and the glass collapsed into hundreds of sharp shards. I now need to go to a library to print out a return sheet, figure out how to rewrap a large item that contains lots of sharp glass, then carry it to a drop off store. Wish now I'd gone for a cheaper option that has a glass alternative. Hope replacement arrives in time and in one piece.

Item received today - smashed & damaged - nightmare to return / get a refund. My advice to all: think twice before ordering large picture frames; although the packaging was not too bad - goods inside were still smashed to bits. Morale of this story: no picture frame, and £20.00 down in my wallet.....
