sturdy and good pull up assist band
I bought the single blue pullup assistance band and I was skeptical in the beginning but I have been proven wrong. This is a good quality pullup band with proper resistance. It works for my needs. It is reasonable priced too. Good value for the money.

This was very misleading. According to the photograph and description we should have gotten multiple bands and the exercise rope.

GREAT addition to workout
I bought this fitness band after buying a thinner band from a different company and loving it. I love this one just as much! The tension is as expected and has allowed me to add several more sets to my pull-ups after I'm fatigued to the point that I can't complete any additional unassisted pull-ups.

This is a strong band. I'm not a fitness person but planning on doing a few exercises to tone up. The band is strong and it shows in the picture lifting it over the head. I have a ways to go. It should give me a good workout.
