TV Backlight, Nexlux 9.8ft 5V Single Light Strip TV LED Light 5050 Multicolor Back Lighting Strip (No Remote)

The description and title mentions 'No Remote', which is fine because I was going to connect it to a smart plug... but it did NOT mention that this was just an extension set, no cords, no plug. USELESS. I don't mind paying more and ordering another light strip (from SOMEONE ELSE), but i DO mind having to wait ANOTHER 2-4days to finish a project I should've been able to finish TODAY.

Have bought previous nexlux products and they were well done. Got the strip, mounted it and setup no problems. Had not really played with changing colors until yesterday. Showing off for some friends that come over and I tell Alexa to switch to Blue - Red comes up. Switch to Red and Blue lights come on. not sure how to fix since it looks like the whole set is reversed in the wiring.

Not as bright as expected... and had to toy around a lot to get it to work.

Be prepared to buy the power strip and the remote separately

I love these lights. They add just the right amount of light and color behind the TV. Not sure about if it actually makes it easier on your eyes while watching TV, but it definitely adds aesthetics that will draw peoples attention. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to step up their entertainment game. Thanks Nexlux for everything!
