Product quality is good but it is not packed well and the parts of the cycle tied badly and tightning equipments were not proper.

This is a very good cycle considering the price bracket. Before buying this I had explored the options in local market but they were quite expensive. I had bought an Atlas cycle online and that was disappointing but this Hero is quite good in terms of product quality and assembly. The cycle came 80% assembled but despite knowing the cycle assembling myself I had a bit of tough time because I had to remove rear wheel to take off packaging. Chain cover is plastic of average quality could have been better.Even though you might be familiar with cycle assembling I would suggest to go to shop for assembling because it's not easy due to various parts which all have minor misalignment due to poor quality control.Still a very recommended product as the wheels are not plastic as you may note.Cheers!

The chain of cycle is not good, it comes out very often we have shown it to cycle repairer, now I have to put additional 300 bucks for same, we would have appreciated if they could have send good piece

It's not even a month and I got 3 cycles of which 2 times they got replaced and 1 return.The cycle parts are of so low quality that they started breaking in just 2 days especially the breaks and the strings of the wheel. I have drove my cycle for around 6-7 years when I was kid and never saw such an issue that just by one time falling of the cycle, the breaks gets damaged or the strings start getting detached.Not sure what does the company thinks if it is a cycle or a show piece. If it is made for kids, it should be strong enough considering the kid would be learning and cycle can fall in the initial days atleast.The sad part is that even after getting them replaced, the cycles are still the same in 3 days the strings started getting detached.And now I realized the chain of the cycle is also too loose and I will have to get that repaired as my return time of the cycle is gone.What a bad product from HERO.Pathetic, Worthless and useless

Good quality one but front tyer spokes are broken down very easy it's not that much stronger.

Fast delivery.Cycle was partially assembled, comes with tools to assemble. But the 'key' wasn't enough, I had to use my own set of keys.Build quality is good. Color is exactly as it was displayed. Tubeless soft rubber tyres, I doubt how long they gonna stay against wear n tear.Overall is nice product and got at pretty good price.
