[Upgraded Version] Matte Black Kitchen Sink Mixer Faucet Pull Down Sprayer SWIVEL SPOUT Single Lever

I am a professional remodeler and have installed dozens of faucets before. When I unboxed this item, I was pretty impressed with the finish, construction, aesthetics, and even the packaging. However, it has a MAJOR design flaw that renders the faucet a total failure in my opinion. As the description states, the faucet body can swivel freely. However, the faucet body is also integrally connected to the supply inlet tubes, which means that when you do swivel it, the supply lines want to pull it back if there is any tension at all in them, which there normally is. LONG STORY SHORT, it will indeed swivel, but it will not retain it's position. If the engineers had put some kind of friction ring, or else not integrated the faucet body and supply lines, there would be no problem. But they didn't.One other reviewer described the faucet as being able to swivel, but not stay in place; this is why. Also, some of the reviews seem to be about a different high-arc faucet judging by the pictures. Really great faucet. I was afraid to purchase because it is significantly less expensive than all the other options I browsed. It works great! I have a 6 & 7 year old and they're not gentle and have managed to not break it yet. Installation was a little clunky, but that's because I didn't really know what I was doing and also didn't have the right tools. I would suggest having someone with plumbing knowledge help. The sprayer comes out nice and easy and nests flush with the faucet. I'm happy!OH! One odd thing, the faucet itself spins. It only seems odd because it has the sprayer feature, so it can be a little weird to push up the handle to turn the water on because the whole thing swivels.

 I loved the looks of this faucet so bought it for our laundry room. If we had purchased this for our kitchen or something I’d see everyday I would have returned it. The way the lines to the faucet connect to your water lines makes it so you can get the faucet straight. It just keeps bouncing back to off center. We’ve tried moving the lines, etc etcWe also had issues even getting the handle to lift up once installed. My boyfriend had to go in and pop the handle off and mess with it before I’d work.

I read the review about this faucet before I bought it for my single bowl sink. Although I don't need the swivel function I still tried it after I installed it. I found my faucet can swivel smoothly. Maybe this one is a upgraded one. The handle and spout swivel together. The Escutcheon and bottom part ( round deck plate) does not swivel. I guess the faucet should be tighten enough so that it could swivel side to side.

Overall attractive and seems well made. Major minus is that it does not swivel. Not sure how I missed that so that is why I am giving it 3 stars. Also, when you switch the water to spray, it has to have a certain flow volume to hold the spray setting on, and then the pressure is very high and causes a lot of splashing.Inexpensive, looks good, and appears to be well made. I would only recommend this for a small sink or utility sink where you don't use it everyday like a kitchen sink. Overall, I would NOT buy again and instead would get a model that swivels.

I didn't catch that it didn't swivel, my bad. I installed it anyway so it's a kind of a strange set up but I love the look of it. It's well made. Service was great with very fast delivery. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

It works smoothly, and is attractive. I can tell it is not built as well as my last kitchen faucet, but then this one works, and my expensive one does not. It wasn't made to swivel left and right, but I left it loose enough when I installed it to allow a little movement. It was priced low enough that it was probably less expensive to buy this new faucet than buy a new cartridge for my old one. Now thats a great deal.

Great soap dispenser! I wanted the perfect matte black that matches the faucet and doesn’t have paint chips. So far we only used it for 2 weeks and the soap dispenses well and the color isn’t going away. Looks and works great
