Cieli di Toscana ('Tuscan Skies') marks a triumphant return to the pop idiom last explored on Sogno, offering a highly varied series of the kind of beautifully crafted contemporary melodies that initially won Bocelli acclaim. A 180 gram 2LP set in a gatefold package with printed inner sleeves.

Mediocre Bocelli Album with sprinkling of a few great numbers.
Honestly I haven't yet heard the album again after the first listen.Bocelli's numbers grow on you, so, my feedback may not be fully deserving. However, the very fact that I've not felt the need to hear it again (unilke, say Passione), might be proff enough. The recording is satisfactory but somehow a bit on the dull side. Then again, not all albums match well with the current stylus / cartridge (OM 10 PRO).Need to try it when the Audio Technica stylus in on, as that's a sparkler!Overall, a good buy to fill the Bocelli collection.Impressive quality of sleeves and other materials, like the gratifyingly heavy vinyl.

Great CD
This is a gorgeous collection of songs by Andrea. Mascagni, Resta Qui, and L'ultima Re are not on any other of his and they are wonderful, the latter sung for his father after he had passed. I recommend this CD highly.
