Amazing Customer Care during COVID-19!!
I originally bought a Smartkleen pool robot cleaner from Smartpool - well that was a big mistake and they tried to wriggle out of even warranty items, blaming poor use by the customer and anything else they could label you with. Funnily, EZ Care even mention on their reviews that they are not the same company as the above when it comes to standards of customer service. That is 100% true - they are NOT!Service has been amazing! Ordering on Amazon US but living in Canada did pose a delivery problem due to the border being closed. My replacement item was bound for the wrong country but a direct replacement to my Canadian address was promptly ordered from China. I think it took 3 days to arrive! My thanks go to JOSEPH and the team for your amazing service. Reading recent views, I believe you can be safe in the knowledge that they will be fair and very accommodating. The original order I placed with them in September was still in warranty though I only got around to installing recently -sadly, it failed after one hour use, causing a subsequent drive motor failure, which doesn’t speak well for the parts manufacturer in China. It appears that EZ care have had to deal with a number of failing motors from their supplier. It’s a difficult part to get hold off and realistically I should probably be looking for a better make if that is even out there. Put the word POOL in the product name and it instantly increases its value ten fold! Sending me the pump and drive combo kit meant for now though, I will be able to put my robot back into action. I had envisaged a summer of manual vacuuming! Thanks once again Joseph/ EZ Care- Stay safe during Covid!

I would recommend to my friends
When I received my EZ pump motor NC1009;02 it did not work properly so I reached out to seller and told him about my problem. With out hesitation he sent me another One the next day and it work properly

The first motor didn't work. Sent a message to the seller. They sent a new one out quickly.. We received a new one a couple of days later.Works great
