Just got it today, using it this evening. I wanted a backpack with the opening against the back, not facing outward. I was surprised at how hard they are to find. Saw this one and jumped at it. Pros: It would be impossible for someone to get into while being worn. That alone made it worth the money for me. The bag holds enough paraphernalia to get through the day: got my wallet, phone, Kindle, and small cosmetic bag in without cramming it tight. The side pockets will be fine for pens & small scratch pads.Cons: looks a little on the cheap side, but as this is my casual, bum-around bag, I don't care. I also wish the straps were matte and not shiny. Kind of adds to the cheap look. Nobody will mistake this for leather, but as I said, I don't care about that.So far, the clips have stayed in place, which is a relief. I bought an expensive designer backpack last year, and the straps do not stay tight, because the buckle clips slide down while I walk. Nuisance.All in all, I can recommend this. For the money, it's a good deal.

I just got this bag a couple days ago and it is already falling apart after one day of use . even the Pom-Pom that came with it was trash. It's a beautiful bag and all but these things really disappoint me. I thought this bag would last longer but I guess I'm not buying here again.

Weak seams. The seams tore first day of use on vacation.Otherwise roomy but don't expect to carry much at least not with the shoulder strap.

I absolutely love this bag. It was better than what I expected. It also was out of stock when I place my order and said that I would receive on 9/11, I was able to get it 5 days earlier. The material of the bag looks great and durable. The hardware doesn't look cheap either. The main pocket can fit everything i need it. Great purchase.

I loved this back pack when I got it! Great pockets, felt smooth. It changed my life....then less than 2 months later the thing is falling apart and is now unusable because the straps ripped off. It was cheap but figured at least would have lasted a year. I have cheap purses from Ross that have lasted much longer

I have had this bag for a month and the straps are coming apart , poorly made and i can’t return the bag... so disappointed

I received this bag and loved it! However, the first time I sent to use it and put my things in it, the seam had a hole in it on the back side. I returned the item and got a replacement. No fee or extra cost. Got the same bag, started putting my things inside to use for the first time, and AGAIN it had another hole in the seam in a different spot. Very frustrated. Going to send it back again.
