Only kept this because it was inexpensive!
I bought this watch during Prime Day sales. PROS: It holds a charge for nearly a week, maybe more. It tells time (ish), and counts steps. Charging is easy...if you can take the band off! CONS: 1) The charging capability on the watch should be convenient, but getting the band off takes MUSCLE every time. 2) This band is long. I have to keep it on the very last notch, and it is never flat on the bottom of my wrist, and is sometimes difficult to take off because of this. 3) Heart rate monitoring is unreliable, and mostly wrong. During an elliptical workout, it'll read a heart rate of 67, while machine says 125. No duration of aerobic or cardio heart rate given in app. 4) The accompanying app is the WORST! It doesn't function if you disable some of the permissions, and even when you close it, it's still using phone battery. Phone has to be restarted to get this to stop. App is basically useless, and wording on it is confusing to me. I hated the Fitbits I had, because the watch itself kept coming apart, but this watch is not a "fitness" watch in my opinion.

Doesn't accurately track heart rate when working out
This works well until I use it for the sole purpose that I bought it for. I purchased this watch to monitor my heart rate on my long bike rides. Well, for most if not all of the trips, the monitor is continuously reading 60-70bpm which is lower than when I'm sitting at my house. It should be much higher and probably in the 100's but it is just not reading my heart rate. I made sure it's tight on my wrist but still comfortable and it is still not correctly reading my heart rate.Buy this if you don't truly need to track your heart rate and are looking for a cool digital watch.

Little documentation and hard to use.
I bought this for my wife. There is very little documentation and it is hard to program. If you have a friend that has one, get them to help you install it because it is hard to use.

Not In English!
When controlling the unit, it does not respond in the English language but in Chinese. And no where does it tell you this in the description. If there is a way to change this, I have not figured it out yet.

Does not display correct heart rate
Sorry but it didn’t work for me. Wasted my money . Incorrect heart rate . No battery power. I threw it away. This is my honest review .

Like the software. Works as expected. Display a bit small for us old farts but I love it has a large BP display.

Fast delivery.It scyncs pretty well with my phone, all notifications pops up almost at the same time.So far all functions seems to work well and accurate.
