This is a TOTAL waste of money ! The taste is not bad ...but doesn't do anything plain water will do ...so just drink 16 ozs of water before a meal and you will get the same reaction to feeling full...save your $$$

Worked for a bit
I feel like it worked great at first to a point where I didn’t even think about food. Which can be a bad thing cuz we still need to eat. Then after a while it stopped working for me.
