The 44cm I received is a real looker, so that's a good thing. The weight however, is not sub-200 grams. Mine came in at 234 grams. But frankly, I think it's light. I can't comment on durability as I have not put it on the bike yet. Maybe in a couple months when I get my Bianchi Intenso all figured out. As for the name, ELITA ONE, it's not in a garish style and the lettering is fairly small. But the product itself I think deserves a better name.

Very light and comfortable nice ergonomics fit very well with my big cro-mag like hands i recommend them.
