The Phantom of the Opera 25th Anniversary Edition: UK Trade Edition Hardcover – October 1, 2012

A lovely collectable for anyone who likes the show. A couple of gripes would be that it didn't have pictures of some of the more notable stars such as Gina Beck.Secondly - it's a used as a bit of a promo for Love Never Dies - which is a new play and nothing to do with the 25th anniversary.I also thought a glossary of all the leads who played the lead role would have been nice.

This book is very beautiful and very detailed. I bought it for my daughter who is w new Phantom fan and she loves it. The history of the story ,the musical,and the pictures make for Lots of reading time .

Diddly

I bought this same book when the movie came out in 2004, and this one is way much better!! This book has a lot more Phantom events such as the parts about Gaston Lexoure, the 1925 movie, the musicals, and the movies. I love this book! Another great book that Phantom Phans should really really buy!!

A great gift for a Phantom obsessed granddaughter after she had seen the live stage play.

Beautiful book with lots of great pictures and history of the story and opera. It would be a great gift for any Phantom enthusiast. Love it!

Great production

I ordered this because I am a huge Phantom fan, the cover was in perfect shape with some normal wear and tear on the corners and the pages are crisp with no rips. A good purchase and great product!

After not receiving this book within the delivery times stated I contacted the seller. They were very quick to reply, courteous, and helpful. I had a replacement book within a couple of days and would not hesitate to use them again.The book itself is a must for anyone who has seen it on the stage, or is interested in it. It is packed full of information on developing the book to take it to the stage. It takes the reader through from it's early incarnations, to behind the scenes, and on to its acclamation on stages around the world. The book also looks at 25 years on, as well as a piece on Love Never Dies, before focusing on the transition to the screen. At the back there is a full libretto. A wonderful read which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great book for any Phantom fan. Whilst quite a bit of the information is already known, great to have it in book form and with lovely photos. Would have liked the Charles Dance version to have been included in the other versions section though.
