Garberiel Valve Core Remover/Installer with Dual Size SAE 1/4 & 5/16 Port for HVAC R22 R410A Valve Core Remover

The snap ring for the 1/4 inch fitting is either too small or too weak. It kept popping off when you tightened the nut. I tried to do a pressure test on the system, but the fittings blew apart every time. Vacuum tests were successful after several minutes of fiddling to stop the leaks. I would suggest spending a little more and getting a name brand valve core tool. I am sending both of these back.

Product broke on first attempted use. It literally fell apart. Freon escaped from unit. Very costly mistake to buy.Returning product. Would not recommend purchase. I could have purchased the Yellow Jacket remover and paid twice as much and still would have cost less considering the loss of Freon. Disaster of a purchase.

At a point when you tighten up the 1/4” female fitting end that screws onto the Schrader fitting, the female fitting comes apart of the main body. I’ll buy a higher quality of removal tool in the future.

This piece of thing came apart the very first time I used it. Lost half of the refrigerant charge which was R-22, so I had to recharge the system out of my pocket so I lost money on a simple replace valve stem. This company that sold me this piece of thing own me money.

This tool almost killed me.. Half of it broke off. Because of the pressure of the ac system. Thank the almighty GOD. I was not in front of it. If i was. I wouldn't be here today. Do not buy this. 1st time i use it. It breaks.

Connection came apart and I lost full charge on the system, Piece of crap. I lost 10 pounds of Freon because of this failure. If I could bill it back to Amazon I would.

Snap ring fit between valve and end that attaches to service port is not sized properly. The tool came apart after it was attached to the service port!! I was very lucky not to lose all of the refrigerant in the system!Spend the extra money to get the C&D brand tool. I should have done that in the first place because I ended up buying the C&D tool next and that tool worked great.

I am offended that there is a seller on Amazon able to peddle complete garbage such as these! I'm an upstart HVAC tech and purchased three of these. They fall apart when trying to attach to lineset service ports, would not hold a vacuum past 600 microns. I will NOT use them under pressure after reading the newer reviews. Seller....I want my money back!
