UPDATE: the customer service is great. After my review I received an e-mail right away and a new item was sent right over.I’m very happy with it————————————I ordered one before from another company and loved it, but I was in a rush and ordered this bc it had the color I wanted and 2 day shipping.It came in a dirty, unsealed box, and the products in the box were and not in place as if this porduct was used before.I had to sterilize and Rebox because I had the event the next day :( won’t order again
