Better value than the local French restaurant
After recently having canned mussels, I was a little skeptical and afraid of the taste of these. Mild is probably the best description.. they don't have that 'tuna in a can' essence I was anticipating. After a quick drain and toss with a glorious amount of butter, shallots, parsley and enough salt to kill a child they were quite tasty. Texture was inoffensive as well. These can snails proved acceptable for my first foray into making escargot at home.

Rubbery Compared To Others
Taste wise these cooked up nicely with plenty of garlic, shallots, butter and light olive oil but compared to other brands they had a rubbery consistency and I’ve been making these since I was a teen so I’m hardly new to it. Won’t purchase this brand again just in case
