Figured out the pump!
Pumping it was a challenge until I figured out the 1 way valve wasn't completely pushed together. Once I pushed the 2 pieces together, it clicked into place, & inflating was a breeze. Take a look at my pics. Once you get the valves fixed, you just need to make sure the air is flowing in the right direction, then pumping up (or down) will be a breeze.I love that this has exercises on the ball.

It's an exercise ball
This is just your typical exercise ball, but what makes it really nice is the printing around the ball of all the different exercise that you can do with it. Makes it very convenient.

Good so far. Had no directions on how to use the pump. It was a little difficult at 1st but i figured it out after a few minutes. Its neat how the pictures of work outs arw printed clearly on the sides of the ball.
