Newdow Lady Vintage Retro 3/4 Sleeve Homecoming Elegant Black Dress

The quality of the fabric is nice, not flimsy, with some structure. The cut is becoming and looks like it will hold its shape. It has a defined waist which can be problematic if you are apple shaped. I purchased a large thinking it might equate to a 14, but it was much smaller, more like a 10 or 12. I like the dress enough to keep it as I am currently losing weight and hope to wear it.

Was one of the first dress purchases I have ever done from Amazon. Wasn't sure what to expect. Beautiful color, rich brick red. Nice material. Unfortunately it just wasn't quite the right fit for me. The lower half fit well, but the upper half was much too large, creating a funky baggy looking fit. Ordered the size based on the fitting guidelines. I think if I went down a size it would've been too small on the lower half. Material was nice. I ended up sending the item back because I couldn't foresee myself getting it altered to fit correctly. Quick delivery and easy return process.

I love this well made dress! Bought it for our son's wedding and I think it will be perfect. It is very comfortable, modest and I really like the material it is made from, it gives just like I would like. It arrived exactly as promised. I gently washed it upon arrival and it ironed up nicely. It is a little above my knees, but because it is full, that doesn't bother me. I found some ankle wedge shoes that go perfectly with the dress and I will be comfortable but feel dressed up too! Thanks so much!

I bought this dress along with a few others while searching for a 1950s style outfit. The cut was lower than expected on this and the material felt flimsy. I ended up returning.

I ordered this dress in a different color because of the fit and the color. I was so pleased with first one I ordered, I decided to order the second one. As long as I can but these kind of vintage dresses I will keep buying them. Thank you designers.

Really disappointed as I ordered it several sizes bigger than I actually am.
