The Smurfin' Guide to the Smurfs (Smurfs Classic) Paperback – May 10, 2011

I've been an avid Smurf collector for 31 years now and this is a great little handbook for all smurf fans. Whether you been a fan for years or just starting, it's a must have! The book is basically an introduction to the World of the Smurfs, it contains character bios, maps and other little tidbits. They cover the basic characters such as Papa & Smurfette but what really struck me is that they also showcase lesser known characters like Grandpa, the Smurflings, Nanny and Gargamel's apprentice Scruple which I've barely seen outside the actual cartoon in print. A very nice surprise. It's a good quality, full color 90 page booklet. A great gift idea for new smurf fans when the movie comes out in theatres this summer.

Everything you'll ever need to smurf about smurfs is in this guide! Very colorful and it even includes the friends of the smurfs, and enemies, and location of their village! My daughter took off with my guide and claimed it as her own so I may have to buy another, but at this price two guides are quite affordable and well worth it! There is even a section towards the back that teaches you how to speak smurf! It's smurftastic!

i love the smurfs. this is a perfect book to have if youre a smurf fan. lots of fun facts and beautiful illustrations.

A charming book that has lots of information about all of the Smurfs. It contains lots of photos of each Smurf and Smurf Village, and paragraphs about Gargamel as well. An interesting read if you are a fan of The Smurfs!

my opinion of this book is that book not show cartoon episodes of smurfs,just shows smurfs one by one character.this is book for people or kids who never see a cartoon of smurfs.
