Product was fine. You charged my credit card rather than the debit card, as specified. The purchase went through so I expected it to be charged correctly. The day before I successfully charged an item to the debit card. Representative could not determine why this was.

One of the bottles was missing its cap and chemicals were loose in the package. Obviously a huge problem. Poor quality control!
