I purchased this hover board for my son Christmas, December 6th. Until then, it remained under the Christmas, 2018. Today, as I went to unplug it, the charger broke off inside it. I cannot sink another penny in this gift that my son has wanted for 2 yr. I couldn't afford it this past Christmas, 2018 for him to only be able to play with it less than a month. Amazon should at least offer on fix it for him, give him a Amazon refund to where he can purchase what he wants or send him a new hoverboard and pay for us to return this one.One upset customer, Velvet Winslow

I bought this for my son for Christmas . They sent me the wrong hover board but it was close to what i ordered So we kept it . It rides smooth and the speakers are loud . One con about it is the spot they put some caution stickers on . They put them right on top of where your feet go and it was such a pain and mess trying to get them off .

Spiderman Spiderman thus governors is nothing but Spiderman and my kid LOVES ALL THE DETAILS OF HUS SPIDERMAN BOARD. I however can not CAN NOT GET BLUETOOTH TO CONNECT. It stated that the Spiderman was Bluetooth but this one is yet to pair. Have tried pair from tablet and from 2 different phones. Spiderman is moving but he wants to move 2 music. Dissapointed about the price that isn't Bluetooth but my son is happy

Battery stopped working five months into getting it . There's no company to call or email . Every company I google with a similar name says it's not them . Assurant is telling me I have to go through the manufacture but hasn't provided me with their contact information

Worked great for my 9 year old grandson and he loves it. He rides it for a little over an hour. My only concern is the plug gets pretty hot within an hour of charging. I don’t let it go beyond that for safety measure to avoid any fires inside our home.

This was the best investment I made in a long time. We lost power from a storm but the charge on this lit up the house.. we had a party in the dark .. reminded me of moonlight disco skating LOL

This product was a Xmas gift for grandson last year and he only use it 2 or 3 weeks and the charge port that connects to the hoverboard came out of the hover board not able to fix. This must been a defective product. I tried to contact the seller had no luck. My grandson really,really love his hoverboard no luck so disappointed.Please respond back!!!!!! this need to be replace of fix

Battery life is absolutely horrible, full charge lasts about 10 minutes and it will just turn itself off, bluetooth range of about 5ft, My son doesnt even care to use it anymore. Had another identical to it and had awesome battery life, easily rideable for over an hour, bought this one and I guess it's just a dud.
